Creamy, spiced, and perfect for the holidays—this Eggnog Cheesecake brings festive flavor to your dessert table with every smooth slice.
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 cup eggnog
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in the eggnog, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon until fully combined.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
Allow the cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
For a stronger eggnog flavor, use a high-quality eggnog brand.
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg for a festive finish.
This dessert can be made a day in advance to deepen the flavor.
