Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Make Alfredo Sauce
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Simmer Sauce
Stir in heavy cream, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer gently for 4–5 minutes.
Add Cheese
Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Assemble Bake
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce. Mix until evenly coated.
Bake
Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the top.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.
Rest & Serve
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.
Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
Swap broccoli for spinach or mushrooms if preferred.
For extra crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
