Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef

28-ounce bag of shoestring French fries

10.5-ounce can of cream of mushroom soup

10.5-ounce can of cheddar cheese soup

½ yellow onion, diced

1 tablespoon minced garlic

½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

→ Burger Sauce Ingredients:

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

1 teaspoon pickle juice

½ teaspoon dehydrated onions

Black pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook Fries: Preheat the air fryer and cook French fries according to package directions.

Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef and diced onion until fully cooked. Add garlic and cook for 30–45 seconds. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease.

Mix Soups: Stir in cream of mushroom and cheddar cheese soup into the beef mixture until well combined.

Assemble Casserole: Pour beef mixture into a 7×11-inch casserole dish. Top evenly with cooked French fries and shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake: Bake at 350°F for 10–15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Make Burger Sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, dehydrated onions, and pepper until smooth.

Serve: Drizzle burger sauce over the casserole just before serving.

Notes

You can substitute the air fryer with an oven if needed for cooking fries.

Add chopped pickles or jalapeños on top for extra flavor.

This recipe can be doubled for larger gatherings.
