Ingredients

  • 1 jar dill pickle slices or spears, drained and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup regular breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain pickles and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Set up a dredging station with three bowls: one with flour, one with whisked eggs and milk, and one with a mix of panko, regular breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each pickle slice in flour, then egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.
